So I've always had irregular periods my entire life and then I had my son and they were regular after that. This past month I didn't get my period so I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative the following week I got what I though was my period but it only lasted two days when it usually lasts about a week. Then I had a huge migraine and a lot of pressure on my uterus the third day but no bleeding and now im fine no pain nor blood. did I have a miscarriage or what happened?
