Sleep all day, erryday?

Does anyone else find themselves fighting to stay awake the first few days of your period?

My Dr told me to try vitamin B12, I was recently admitted to the hospital for blood clots in my lungs and taken off BC, and put on blood thinners...so the amount of blood loss I have makes me so weak and 80x more tired than usual...gonna try the b12 when I get my next monthly visit , see if it helps any, who knows lol but worth a shot

I sleep at LOT anyways due to my arthritis but I sleep even more during my period and a few days after it too. I fight to stay awake during the day! Then I just give up and take a nap in the afternoon haha
