Missed period 😰

Ok so I'm late on my period for 7 days but took a pregnancy test and it came out negative....should I worry or was it to soon cuz I have a <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a> that says late by 7 days but within the normal....I just don't see that as normal lol....any thoughts?
