7 weeks cramping terrible gas cramps and brown spotting
Very unproductive for th past 3 days
Today, I was having small cramps, some brown spotting only when i wipe, heaviness around my pelvic area, and super gassy. Very nauseous and tired all the time. Should I be worried?
