I was on the depo shot for 4 years. I stopped having a period, didnt gain any weight while on the shot, didn't have any issues until my emotions started going crazy so I got off the shot. When I got off the shot I started gaining weight like crazy! Didn't change eating habits or exercise, and it's been 11 months since I've been off and I've gained 70lbs!!! And I just recently got my period back, except it is a period from HELL!!! Has anyone else had this issue?? HELP?!?
