Anyone else feeling hungry all the time?

This is my first, I'm 4w5d and I cannot seem to stay full more than an hour or so. My diet consists of plain yogurt, fruits, veggies, cottage cheese for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is usually some type of protein with a carb and veggie. My snacks are cheeses (no soft cheeses) and almonds (more recently I've added pretzels). I started eating healthier about 3 months ago bc I'm overweight, now I can't stop eating! I also drink near a gallon of water a day.
