clogged milk ducts
EBF for almost 10 months. About once a month I get clogged milk ducts. I always feel completely drained at the end of the day I just don't know why I keep getting them. Is it normal? Although painful, I just massage them out while she's feeding every time and they go away. Any way to prevent them?
