I'm getting a iud next week. Currently on sprintec 28 day, I believe it's making my anxiety worse. The nurse on the phone kept suggesting mierna, because of it having very light to no periods at all. She said paragaurd makes them very heavy and super crampy. But putting my anxiety into this, I feel as if a nonhormonal will do better for me. What are your guys experiences with mirena and paragaurd. Did it worsen or relieve anxiety for either? How was your period on paragaurd?
