what does these symptoms mean?!?

1) Started period 2 days ago, NO cramps (usually I get really bad cramps from the first day)
2) Heartburn at night/ morning for 3 days
3) diarrhea 😳 today.

I'd say you're fine. I get diarrhea when I'm on my period as well 😫 Hormones are really crazy and can make your period do weird things and change random months.
