need help!

Hello I'm not really sure if I should be worried or not. So I was on the pill, and had three periods in the a month the latest one was the 10th of march. I just got switched to a different type of pill yesterday. We've done twice, last night and today. I'm even sure when I should expect my next period. Should I be concerned??
