Now scared for my baby

If there are any nurses or anyone that can reassure me that would be great. My first trimester was a little rough for me as I contracted BV 4 different times from week 6 to week 13. At week 6 they prescribed me clindamycin to take for a week. Then I went back at 8 weeks and it still wasn't gone so they prescribed me metronidazole flagyl 500 mg to take twice a day for 7 days. At my 11 week appointment it was still there so she again put me on the metronidazole pill. Finally at week 13 after finding out it came back again they put me on a cream that did the job. I am now scared that taking all these meds in my first trimester wil hurt my baby. I didn't know that you weren't suppose to take this medication while in first trimester. The BV was so uncomfortable and unfortunately every time I went to the OB clinic it was a different doctor seeing me. Could by taking these so close together in weeks have hurt my baby? Would love some positive feedback
