So a year ago i was diagnose with PCOS and i was fine with it i kept or trying to get pregnant no matter what but just two months ago I got my period and it wont stop sometimes is heavy other days light. my question is does vitex helps?does any of you ladies has any suggestion what might helps with irregular period 😔?
