Phantom kicks???

Question

So i have felt this phantom  kicks like days after my baby was born. And now again i felt them. But thats not it. My husband  felt "this kicks" too. Im going crazy  or im pregnant  again?? My baby just turned 4 months.  I have the paragard on me. And period hasnt came in since January 4th. But im also ebf .

I have that too but I'm like 99% positive I'm not pregnant again lol

I've had these often and can also feel them from the outside. I asked my doctor and he told me it's the uterus contracting/spasms just trying to shrink itself back down and just basically healing from everything it's been through. I thought I was going crazy at first lol but now that I know, I can definitely tell it feels like spasms.

Could be gas? Could be your gallbladder acting up. I had those sensations years ago after my first born. They came and went over time.
