Any type 1 diabetic moms?

FTM here and type 1 diabetic! My sugars have not been as controlled as they should be, most of the time they are, but not under 120 where they should be, so of course I'm worried my son will be huge. I'm hoping for a natural birth tho, so does anyone have any positive stories about things working out with your baby? Or any advice?
