Neck Strain

So I fell asleep on my stomach last night, Idk if I twisted my neck wrong in my sleep or what it was but when I woke up, I felt like hell. My whole left shoulder was in pain and I couldn't move my head. My right side was completely fine. Whenever I moved my left side I got a sharp pain. I really just sat there crying because it hurt so bad 😂 (I'm a cry baby) Anyway, I took a hot shower to see if it helped and it did alittle bit. Now I can turn my head to the left and right but certain ways still gives me that sharp pain. Lord give me strength at work today. 😭🙏🏼
