patch

So my doctor told me yesterday that for the first 7 days of the patch you aren't protected, well for the second patch I got my period; then the week off Of my patch , 28th I got it again but me & my so don't have protected sex at all . He didn't pull out at least three four times during these two three weeks. There is days where he pulls out and days he doesn't. I have extremely sore boobs and have been been growing non stop. I am a mom already to a four year old so I have mom boobies , very low and squishy. After us talking about it , she then stated that I have a very big possibility of being pregnant but not to worry cause yet until I have a missed period then to test...  Which is due in nine days. Question is, do you think there is any possibility that I could be pregnant? I don't really know whether or not to believe it but with how bad my boobs hurt I'm kinda worried for it. It's such a mixed feeling... 😣🤔😩
