Leg cramps?

I am 5 weeks 2 days & my right calf muscle has a constant cramp, i havent had a "charlie horse" but thats how the pain feels like the soreness you have after a charlie horse. Except it's constant for 2 days now. Im a waitress so I'm on my feet constantly but i have never had cramps like this until i became pregnant... Advice??

Iv had the same thing. Don't quote me on this but I believe it's due to the fact that our body is producing more blood for us and baby. So sometimes in places like the arm or legs/calves. You get the slightest clots. And that's what is causing the pain. Iv upped on eating bananas and watermelon to help and it's been a Miracle. Could also just be because you are contantly on your feet and could be the pressure on your muscles. The potassium in bananas will certainly help
