should I be concerned?

So I started my period a couple days early, and the first 2 days were really heavy. Now it's day 4 and I haven't bled at all today or yesterday. My period is never like this. 29 day cycle, lasts 7 days, and is on time everytime. Should I be concerned? TTC btw
