What are the BEST Prenatal Gummy Vitamins?

Once I finish my pills, I'm going to switch to gummy Prenatal/DHA vitamins!! What are your favorite gummies? Aaaaaaannnnddddd GO!

Just make sure your iron levels are good. Most gummies lack iron so they're softer on the stomach but if you need the iron you'll have to stay on the pills or take an iron supplement. I do like the vitafusion ones, but I did use the nature made this last time cause they were out of stock of the vitafusion. Both good though.

I used first response gummies for a little while. Not too bad they were a citrus punch flavor. I got em buy one get one free at cvs that's why I went with gummies. But I had to supplement with iron. And if you have to do that, Sprouts sells an iron pill that's like veggie something or other and it's way easier on the stomach than regular iron. Never had problems pooping with that iron pill like I did with the regular ones. A

I take the vita fusion, they are pretty good. But yes, be sure you are supplementing your iron. I didn't with my last pregnancy and almost ended having to have a blood transfusion!! They don't put iron in gummies because of child safety. Iron can be fatal to small children. Ask your doc how much iron to supplement and get some to take separately.
