Anyone else heard of this? I've read where some Mexican families will do it, I had some on hand for post labor to help with breastfeeding as I've read it helps increase your supply. So here I am, drinking some hot chocolate 😂

Being Mexican I've never heard this before but I love the hot chocolate! 😀 best was to drink it is boil milk on stove and the add to blender with bar of chocolate. Blend it. The best!!

I've heard about it but it's not the chocolate that induced the labor its the boiled cinnamon water! so add more cinnamon sticks!
