Labor was only 3 1/2hrs for my second child (9 hrs for my first) for both births after delivery of the baby the placenta delivered and I loss 2l in 5m in the first birth and the second they started with a dose of oxytocin before delivering the placenta but i still had 3 big clots. So they gave me an IV drip of oxytocin and some pills. I had to spend more time at the hospital but all the oxytocin contracted my uterus down so by day 3 my uterus is almost back to normal size. I got 2 beautiful girls out of it and an amazing family!!
