cycle 2 after MC only 14 days??

I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks (baby stopped growing at 7) and got my period 28 days after I started bleeding with MC just like my normal cycles. First cycle I got a positive opk on CD17 (one day later than normal) and started spotting on CD26. 3 days of spotting then a day of nothing and then full blow period. So at this point I am in cycle 2 after MC. I get my positive opk CD12 but start spotting CD14, it's like a light period by CD15 and now today (CD 16) full blown heavy period, crampy & sore boobs. WTF?!? Anyone else experience a crazy short cycle like this after a MC? I'm so anxious/nervous/angry/sad/scared over it.
