What's the best over the counter probiotic?

I suffer from frequently getting bacterial Vaginosis. I am so over constently having to go to the doctor for it too. I was told that over the counter probiotics work just as good at keeping Bv away. What's the best kind out there? Do they really help?! I'm desperate for answers.

The best one you can get would be found at a local health food store and stored in a refrigerator. It will specifically say, "for vaginal flora" thats the one you want.  Just ask a store associate if they carry probiotics in a refrigerator. They should be able to point you in the best direction.

For probiotics, try something a little more natural like yogurt, kombucha, and even fermented foods like pickles and apple cider vinegar (the raw-with-the-mother kind). The book "Farmacology" has some amazing information about the bacteria that lives in your stomach, and how it's effected by your diet, and how it effects your metabolism and overall health and wellbeing!
