hairs/whiskers in unwanted places

So I have 3 coarse hairs growing on the left side of my neck, 1 on my right side, and about 15 between both of my nipples. So annoying! I usually shave the ones around my nipples but I have to do it everyday, as as per my neck, they get tweeted. They just grow back so fast! And sometimes I forget or can't tell and they get really long (like 1 inch lol)

I'm not old at all and I've had this problem for awhile. Does anyone else have this issue and is it ever going to stop ? Lol
