clomid and pregnancy

So I started my first round of clomid last month (2/18) I ovulate regularly and get my period regularly. It's been over a year that my husband and I have been trying for baby #2. I'm due for AF sometime between 3/21-3/23. (one app says the 21 and another says 23) but for the past few days my boobs have felt so sore and heavy, and I've also had some cramping. Today I am 11 dpo and took a test it came back negative. Has anyone had pregnancy symptoms from being on clomid and not been pregnant?  Should I wait and test again? Also a few days ago while having sex my husband said my vagina felt different, anyone experience this as well?
