Someone please help me....

I had an IUI on March 1st. On the 15th O had bloodwork for hcg, was negative. Af showed, has been light. I am having really bad ovarian pain, both sides. It's almost unbearable.

Also for the past week, I have been having HORRID hot flashes and cold chills, to the point it drives my husband nuts.

With my last pregnancy, I had a regular period when I was indeed pregnant,and didn't find out til I was 8 weeks along.

If these pains, hot/cold chills are a factor of pregnancy, I don't know what to do. I am supposed to start femara today, 2x/day @7.5mg.

But hcg takes forever to show in my system, so if I am perhaps pregnant, I don't want to harm it.

I have been taking 1,000mg of tylenol at least 2x a day because the pain hurts and my body temperature is insane.

Someone please help :((
