What's your night time routine ?

Question

Here is mine : take off my makeup, wash my face, apply lotion and under eye cream, then apply acne cream, then brush my teeth, watch TV for a bit, then sleep!

Spend half an hour not trying to fall  sleep on the sofa and then drag my self to bed 😅

Brush my teeth, bathe my 3 month old son, nurse him until he falls asleep, read a book or play a video game for an hour, then off to bed.

Shower with my 2 year old, read 3 of his books, get in my bed, play on phone forever, go to sleep way too late

Take out contacts, wipe off make up, brush my teeth, pee, take my Metformin and Prenatals, turn on my humidifier and add that nights essential oils, set my phone alarm, and finally go to sleep. It's a process!

I always take a shower even if I haven't left the house, wash my face, apply my coconut oil, have dinner after or before all these, watch tv and go to bed 🙄
