So I just started taking the birth control pill. But my work schedule and school schedule has been super weird this past week, I usually take my pill at 11 pm every night because that's what time I usually get home from work, but tomorrow I start work at 3am. Now would it be okay to take my pill at 6pm before I go to bed or should I set an alarm to wake me up at 11pm? Sorry. It just kind of confuses me with how it works.
