Help!?:( 3 months ebf im having some cramps and after a letdown I only got this much? Literally nothing on one side I usually make 2 oz each side ever feed. What's going on?

Are you hydrated? Are you sick? Taking any new medications? 
Sometimes my milk lets down slow so I'm literally sitting there pumping for 5 min before any milk comes out.

Answer

Try some Gatorade, oatmeal and relaxing. Before pumping, massage and have a warm compress. Hope this helps
