Hey everyone! So I recently had surgery to remove a teratoid cyst on one of my ovaries. The surgery was supposed to be pretty simple and I would be able to return to work within a week.. Turns out I have really bad endometriosis also so now I can't do anything for 6 weeks.. The doctor explained to me and my husband that this is the reason we have not gotten pregnant yet. He told us that our clock is ticking and we do not have long to have a baby at all. The doctor has given me an option to either go onto fertility pills in 6 weeks or he is going to give me a shot to shut down my ovaries for 6 months so the endometriosis won't get worse.. So I'm just curious, how many of yall have endometriosis? And how has it affected yall?
