Sickness. Help!😷

I've been sick for a few days now, and my nose is stuffed up really bad. I Cant breath and when I try an breath through my mouth, it's like I'm gasping for air. I Cant sleep Cause I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this stuffy nose??. I went and bought medicine yesterday morning and my nose seems like it's just getting worse.
