Wondering if any other working moms are already looking into child care options after their maternity leave ends?  How early is too early, or is there no such thing as too early? This seems like one of the most important decisions we will have to make, and I want to make sure we thoroughly research and vet our options (whether Day care or a private au pair/nanny). Not sure where to start - it's already stressful and we haven't even really started looking!!! 😕
