I had to put my child's Father on back on child support. He always has excuses on how he can't help me with our son. My son is currently living with my sister temporarily because, to help me due me having my baby in July of 2016. Even though our son is with my sister his father still isn't helping out. Am I wrong for putting him on child support even though our son isn't living with me right now? He says he's going to let the judge know our son isn't living with me right now.
