A great way to help your breasts through this is to put cabbage leaves in your bra. If you're out in the day, do it at night. They reduce engorgement and will help dry up your milk.

Also, Google herbs to dry up milk. There are a few that are effective in helping your body to close up the milk bar.

If you are still pregnant there's nothing you can do. Wear breast pads. Your milk comes in 3-5 days postpartum regardless. 
If you have already delivered it will slowly dry up you'll just have to use cold packs for the discomfort and a snug bra.

If you already have had the baby you can put fresh cabbage in your bra and it drains all the milk out. I've done it so i know it works
