cold/flu medicines?!

Does anyone know of any good cold/flu medicine that is pregnancy safe? 😔😷

They aren't safe because they are combo meds contain unsafe ingredients for baby. Many doctors recommend plain benadryl and plain robitissin because they are simple meds without any other drug in them. Tylenol for fever over 101 or for body aches.
If you suspect the flu go to an urgent care because they can give you prescription anti viral within a certain window of time.
A simple cold really only requires rest, fluids, humidifier, hot tea with honey and chicken soup.

Lots of hot teas are helpful, honey will soothe your throat, fresh lemon, and suck on gummy bears. Lots of water and rest.

Neti pot/saline
Fluids
Throat coat tea
Honey and lemon in hot water (very helpful!)
Lots of rest
