how do I stop??

I've been taking birth control for almost 9 years now. Since I was 18 so I don't even know what it's like not to be on it.

My question is I've been talking to my SO about stopping to start TTC soon. How do I stop?? Do I literally just not take any anymore or do I have to wait till after the sugar pills?? How long after stopping will I get my normal natural period ?

You can literally just stop taking it today if you want to but your period will be off! If you still want it to come same time then stop rt before the sugar pills! Goodluck

I just stopped taking them after my sugar pills. And I just got my period then cuz that's when it usually comes. Then it took about two months for me to become regular. And I was on the pill for 12 years

Recommended that you get to the end of your packet!l but doesn't matter to much. I was on for 10 years and was very strange to stop taking them! But I got my bfp 6 weeks later! Good luck!!! Xx
