HELP MY LITTLE CANNOT SELF SOOTHE AT ALL!

I'm honestly at my wits ends right now. My daughter is 4 months old and cannot by the grace of god fall asleep without being rocked or walked around since she was born. Nothing helps!! It gets to the point where i just have to lay her in her crib and let her scream before i lose my mind. Please tell me there's something i can do. During the night she sleeps amazing, it's just gettting her to fall asleep in the first place that's not working. also her swing will work occasionally if i'm sitting next to it with my hand on her chest and the vacuum on. i thought she would grow out of it, but there are no signs of her easing up whatsoever. help me, i'm going insane.
