How to Supplement EBF with Formula

Hi ladies! My daughter is 7 months old now and has been EBF since she was 2 weeks old. I'm reaching a point in my career where I am booking more appointments outside the house and have to be away from my daughter for as many as 6 hours at a time. I cannot pump breastmilk for her because I am just producing enough to keep her fed throughout the day -- she still is not sleeping through the night, so I cannot even pump during the overnight hours.

I think I need to start supplementing with formula on the days when I need to be out of the house. She is eating solids 3 times a day, but still needs milk along with them to keep her satiated.

Has anyone here supplemented with formula? How do I begin this process? Any suggestions on which formula to use?
