We got a 4 in 1 convertible crib yesterday! I'm 18wks

I got to get the crib this week and I got the stroller car seat combo already lol

I bought the baby a neutral color blanket when I found out I was pregnant at 7 weeks  but we didn't buy anything else till we found out the gender at 15 weeks I would start now we buy clothes from newborn to a year old and we buy diapers and bought a bottle set

when is the right time ??
