Pros - works like a charm, me & my bf can now have unprotected sex without worrying about pregnancy

Cons - the constant bleeding. For the first 3 months I spotted constantly, in January I had my period twice, I had my period all throughout February & for march I just started my period yesterday

- low sex drive : I literally don't crave sex anymore, It's hard to get me in the mood and even when I do have sex it's hard for my bf to keep me in the mood

- irregular periods make it extremely hard to plan around which is why I ALWAYS wear a pantry liner now, just in case (:

* I've had it in for 6.5 months

Works wonderfully, me and my SO can have safe unprotected sex without worry of pregnancy, but I'm on my third year and it comes out in 2 months, I cannot wait to have it out though.

When I had it first put in for the first 11 months, I was bleeding, constantly, it wasn't very nice and now I have the most irregular periods, it works fine for some and then there's some unlucky ones like my self!:(:(:(

I have nexplanon and it's great - not had a period since I got it, only the odd bit of spotting. The only negative about it is that my skin is constantly broken out and spotty but with all the pros it has it's still worth it.

I gained weight, was moody all the time and felt miserable. Felt pregnant all the time, many scares. I had weekly headaches and they were bad. I was on it for about close to a year. The only good thing about it was being protected. Wasn't worth it. I switched.

I have had mine for two years and I have had problems with weight gain and mood swings really bad. I don't like the unpredictability of periods and like some other people have said I have had no sex drive pretty much since I got it put in. It is much more reliable than the pill with regards to operator error.

I've had my implant for about 9 weeks and I've been spotting for the last 7 weeks! Also my sex drive dropped just a bit but I have a really high sex drive anyway so it wasn't that bad. Other than that I've had all good side effects! And it really cleared up my skin!

I've had mine for a couple months now, only con I have is the irregular bleeding/spotting but panty liners fix that
