I'm finally getting my baby to wean from the nipple shield and latch on her own. With the shield her feeds always lasted 20-30 minutes. For the past few days she hasn't used the shield and her feeds are only lasting 7-15 minutes with most of them being on the shorter end. She is getting sleeping really quickly and won't eat much. I try taking her clothes off, tickling her etc. and she just won't take it. She is still having a lot of wet and poopy diapers but I can't help but worry that she isn't getting enough. She doesn't have a fever or anything so I'm not sure what is going on. She doesn't go back to the doctor for another 3 weeks so I'm just worried I won't know how much she is gaining. Anyone go through something like this?
