Post baby birth control

My doctor gave me brochures for 3 different birth controls for after I give birth. Since I'm breastfeeding I can only take certain birth controls and they all happen to be an implant or IUDs which I know nothing about and am terrified of. If you have or had any experience with these 3 can you tell me about it. What did you like or dislike about them? Would you get them again? Pros and cons?
