Is it ok to color hair while pregnant??

I was gonna get some low lights. Im 5.5months along. I dont feel its the worst thing I can do?
But also i feel kind of bad. Im torn

It's fine to color your hair but it might not take as well bcuz you have more hormones. It just effects the end result but it's not harmful, also make sure you're in a ventilated area!

I adore dying my hair all kinds of colors. The first thing the doctor said when she confirmed my pregnancy was that I can't dye my hair anymore. So I haven't. It looks very strange and I am not enjoying it, but anything to help my baby out.
