how far would I be ?

Ladies Q for y'all ! So my last period started Jan 4, when I had an ultrasound done on march 9 they said I was 9 weeks and were worried bc all that was visible was the gestational sac and yolk, no sign of baby . Buuut I know for a fact when I was done from my period and when my husband and I had sex bc I was tracking it as we have been actively TTC, and I'm 99.9% sure it happened Jan 26 or 28... which my Q is if I conceived the 26 or 28 of January wouldn't that have put me at 6 weeks on march9? And about 7.5 weeks now ?? Thanks for the help y'all!

Yeh if your last period was Jan 4th, i don't understand why they would say you're 9 weeks in Feb? X

I know that they are going from the start date of Jan 4 to march 9 when I had a scan which is 9 weeks but I had my cycle for 6 days and then due to my husband working a lot of over nights shifts there wasn't a lot of TTC time until the 26 and 28

My last cycle was also January 4th and as of today I'm 10w+5d I didn't get an ultrasound yet but I'm just going off of my last menstrual cycle

Everything is dated from LMP, so if your last period was Jan 4th and you had an ultrasound 2 months-ish later, then you would indeed be approximately 9 weeks, a discrepancy of 3 weeks should be pretty notable for them. Sorry, I hope you get it all figured soon!

If you had your period Jan 4th and had an ultrasound done a month later, I can't very well see that vein 9 weeks is accurate!  I would call for a different scan!

They always date a pregnancy from the last menstrual period until measurements can be confirmed at a dating scan.  Doctors always assume a woman ovulated on cd14 with a 28 day Cycle (which is not the case is most instances). Thy will update it once you reach a certain point. Good luck!
