abnormal PAP at 20?

Has anyone else had an abnormal PAP at 20? And show dysphasia? Is it something to worry about?

I had an abnormal pap at 21 and 22 and just got a colposcopy which was also abnormal, but not in an alarming way. Yes, I am freaked out and want to do something about it but no doctors will let me.

Do you mean dysplasia of the cervix? 
I've had an abnormal pap due to hpv but thankfully it cleared itself and now I am 32 weeks pregnant and it has been a smooth pregnancy. I wouldn't worry too much yet.
