Labor....?? UPDATE......

Been up since 2:30am contractions were coming consistently for 10 min apart for 2 hours ans at one point averaging 7min 30 secs apart...keep in mind i was lying down and also getting up and walking around. It's now 12:50 & ive only had one that is 15 min apart but im averaging 9 min now...is this false labor??

UPDATE: I was in labor...what i forgot to mention is that I was already 3cm dilated, 60% effaced, -2..Baby Boy was born on 3/21 at 1:30am 💙💙
