I don't know what to do with him, and don't you dare say neuter him because he's gonna get neutered, but I live in a small town where there is no vet services, and no spay neuter trucks. So I have to drive 3 hours to a vet that will cbarge me 300 dollars. I'm waiting for the pet neuter van in May.

I've literally never seen a cat masturbate. Is your cat not fixed? I was just having a conversation with my bf the other day about this actually.
