Any success in getting pregnant naturally after being diagnosed with uterine fibroids and an ovarian cyst?

I have 2 small fibroids and a small cyst. Doctor doesn't seem too worried but I'm curious about others experience with this. Any information is helpful to me at this point! Thank you
