Anyone who knows skincare... PLEASE HELP!!!

I'm Maid of Honor at my best friend's wedding in 4 days and I've broken out SO BAD!!!! I normally have oily skin to begin with, but I've been managing it well for a few months now using the products pictured below. I cleanse & exfoliate with Acne-Dote by Alba Botanica, moisturize in the A.M. with Ultra Repair Cream by First Aid Beauty & then use a Retinol cream at night. Like I said, everything was fine until my period showed up and BAM... Pimples EVERYWHERE!!! It's so bad, it actually almost looks like I've got the chicken pox! If someone could offer their advice or expertise it would be SO APPRECIATED!!!! Is there a product (I don't care the cost at this point!) that I can use that will clear this up in 4 days, or at least a really good cover-up I can use to hide these things with? Seriously, any advice would be a lifesaver for me right now! Thanks for reading! Also, here's a pic of an Armadillo my hubby saw today on the way home from work... Just to brighten up your day!😀
