I am freaking out I am 4 days late on my period but I don't think I am pregnant because I took a test and I always use protection. My boobs are sore though and I have cramps so what is going on!? Please help

Four days isn't an extremely long time for someone to be late. Give it some time, if your extremely worried, try a pregnancy test. Not everyone is always on time, and it's good that you are keeping track of things, but try not to stress about it too much.
